What are your price tiers and bulk discount structure?

We operate a transparent tiered pricing structure designed to reward B2B importers as they grow their business with us. There are no hidden fees, no surprise surcharges, and every quotation is itemized so you know exactly what you are paying for. Our pricing philosophy is that a successful importer is a repeat buyer, so we price to support long-term partnerships rather than maximizing margin on a single transaction.

Five Tier Pricing Structure

The Trial tier covers first-time orders of 20 to 50 units at our base FOB price. This is not a penalty — it is simply the entry point where we absorb the operational overhead of onboarding a new account, setting up documentation templates, and calibrating quality expectations. Once you cross the 51-unit threshold, you enter the Bronze tier with a 5-8% discount off the base price. Most small to mid-size regional distributors operate comfortably in the Silver tier at 151-500 units per month, where discounts reach 10-15%. Our Gold tier at 501-1,000 units per month delivers 15-20% off base and includes priority production scheduling and dedicated account management. Platinum tier above 1,000 units per month involves negotiated contract pricing with cost-transparency clauses, quarterly price reviews, and first-right-of-refusal on new product launches.

What Is Included in the FOB Price

Every FOB price we quote includes the transmission unit, standard export-grade packaging (reinforced carton with foam inserts and pallet wrap), factory loading, and a complete set of export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and any applicable free-trade-agreement certificates such as Form E (ASEAN-China) or Form F (China-Chile). The base price also includes the pre-shipment quality documentation — functional test reports, serial-number tracking, and batch traceability records.

Understanding Total Landed Cost

We encourage importers to look beyond FOB and calculate total landed cost, which includes ocean freight, marine insurance (typically 0.3-0.5% of cargo value), import duties in the destination country, port handling charges, customs brokerage fees, and inland transportation to your warehouse. In most markets, the FOB unit price represents approximately 55-65% of the final landed cost. We can connect you with freight forwarders we have worked with across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America to help you build an accurate landed-cost model before you place your first order.

Factors That Influence Pricing

Beyond volume, several operational decisions affect your per-unit cost. Custom branding — your logo on the housing, custom color boxes, bilingual packaging — typically adds 2-5% per unit. Expedited production slots that pull your order ahead in the manufacturing queue carry a 10-15% premium. Opting for remanufactured units instead of new reduces cost by 30-50% without sacrificing warranty coverage. And choosing FCL instead of LCL shipping can cut your per-unit logistics cost by 40-60%, which for high-volume importers often outweighs all other discounts combined.

Price Protection and Contract Stability

Spot quotations are valid for 30 days. For contract partners on long-term agreements, we lock pricing for 6 to 12 months with quarterly review clauses that protect both parties against extreme raw-material cost swings. In practice, we have maintained stable pricing for contract partners even through volatile periods because we hedge key inputs — steel, aluminum, and rare-earth elements for clutch friction materials — through forward contracts with our material suppliers. We are transparent about our cost structure and invite serious buyers to tour our facility and see the production economics firsthand.
