Quality is not a department in our company — it is embedded in every stage of the transmission production and remanufacturing process. We hold internationally recognized certifications and operate a testing protocol that exceeds what most aftermarket suppliers offer, because we know that a single defective transmission can destroy months of trust you have built with your customers.
Certification Portfolio
Our core certifications are ISO 9001:2015 for quality management system, IATF 16949 for automotive-sector quality management, and ISO 14001 for environmental management. IATF 16949 is the most demanding standard in our list — it goes well beyond generic ISO 9001 by requiring failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for every production process, statistical process control (SPC) on all critical dimensions, and measurement system analysis (MSA) to validate testing equipment accuracy. For products shipped to European markets, CE marking is applied to applicable models, and E-Mark certification under ECE R10 for electromagnetic compatibility is available upon request for EU-homologation requirements.
Incoming Material Control
Quality starts before manufacturing begins. Every batch of raw forgings, castings, bearing sets, friction materials, seal kits, and electronic components undergoes incoming inspection. We audit our material suppliers annually against a 42-point scorecard covering process capability, sub-tier material traceability, and corrective-action responsiveness. Critical materials — gear steel, clutch friction paper, solenoid coil wire — are sourced from ISO/TS-certified mills in Japan, Germany, and South Korea, and we maintain material certificates with full chemical composition and mechanical property data for every heat lot.
In-Process Quality Control
During machining, all critical dimensions — shaft journals, bore diameters, gear tooth profiles, and spline runout — are monitored with SPC charts at sampling intervals determined by process capability studies. Our assembly line operates with calibrated digital torque tools that log every fastener torque value to a database keyed to the transmission serial number. Clearance checks on clutch packs, end-play measurements on shaft assemblies, and visual inspections of sealing surfaces are performed at every station, not just at final inspection.
End-of-Line Testing — Every Single Unit
This is what truly differentiates our quality program. Every transmission that leaves our factory undergoes a five-step end-of-line test. First, dynamic load testing on a dedicated transmission dynamometer simulates real-world driving cycles — acceleration, cruising, deceleration, and hill-climbing loads. Second, NVH analysis measures noise, vibration, and harshness signatures against reference baselines for each transmission model. Third, a pressurized leak-decay test verifies seal integrity across all fluid circuits. Fourth, for AT, DCT, and CVT units, every solenoid, speed sensor, temperature sensor, and TCU communication channel is functionally validated. Fifth, a full-gear-sweep dyno cycle confirms correct shift timing and torque transfer through every gear ratio.
Pre-Shipment Audit
Before any container is sealed, our quality team performs a random tear-down audit on one unit per batch of 50. This unit is disassembled and measured against build specifications — gear backlash, bearing preload, clutch clearance, and torque-converter end-play. If the audit unit fails any measurement, the entire batch is held and re-inspected. This is expensive, but it catches systemic assembly errors before they reach your warehouse.
Third-Party Inspection Welcome
We actively encourage buyers to commission third-party inspection through SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Rheinland, or Intertek. Our factory has hosted dozens of third-party inspections and the process is straightforward: we provide a dedicated inspection area, full access to testing equipment, and a senior quality engineer to walk the inspector through our protocols. Inspection reports are shared transparently, and any findings are addressed with a formal corrective action plan before shipment.
